i miss ur crazy butt...i was asked wut the tattoo on my chest was n i told the story of how n when i found out we lost u....u were like a lil bro to me..i remember we went to that dance n we did some naughty things teens do lol,i miss u alot n when im down some reason i think ur there to pick me up...i miss u lil d ur always in my thoughts n prayers love u bro..jon jon

i remeber jack and coke. i remember him showing up in the middle of the night, throwing rocks at our window (frequently). i remember driving on E and running outta gas just to pick him up. i remember how he'd sit infront of our AC and blast it!! i remember his half-truck and red car. i remember his orangeshirt and camo shorts! i remember him past out in our kitchen. i remember his funny voices and smart-ass phrases.

i remember when my husband got into a car accident right infront of the medina police station and was rushed off to the hospital. the only person i could think to call was darryl. and boy did he get there in a hott minute!!! we had to go to the junkyard to get a couple things outta my car. all i really needed was my carseats for my boys. next thing you know darryl was trying to get jareds whole system outta the car and anything valuable. the man kept yelling at him to stop and that he wasnt allowed to do that. what did darryl do???? completly ignore him!! we ran off with anything valuable we could find. darryl kept saying if we didnt take it...then they would have. he didnt want jared to get played. he always looked out for our family, no questions asked

Darryl was a good friend. We met in highschool, but became good friends real quick. I can remember alot of good times that we had together. I remember him showing up at my parents one time and just hanging out changing the oil in his car. I remember shooting pool at the bars, and just hanging out at the MCCC.  Darryl was a good loving father, and friend. Darryl will be missed by all of his family and friends.

I went to school with Darryl in Medina, I actually did not know that this happened until TODAY January 2011. The main memories I had of Darryl is he NEVER took crap from any of the idiots at school-and he always kept his cool, with his black leather jacket on. He was ALWAYS respectful, I am a girl- he never treated me different. He was nice to me, and our teachers. This is a shame that something like this happened to him, all his family can do now is WHAT HE WOULD want them to do, take care of the babies and never forget him. Not to dwell on this, for it has happened and they need to be strong for these kids he has. His memory should be brought out every single day, he is loved, and remembered ALWAYS. Rest in peace, and never ever be forgotten or put in the past, to always live on. His ways, words, and character.
